Rebound Fit
We decided to train to teach this as we were inspired by all the health benefits. Not only does it lift your mood, it strengthens your pelvic floor. Strengthens your bones. Improves lymph drainage. Burns more calories than running. Improves your cardio capacity. And is great fun.
Reformer Pilates
Pilates with a machine.
