We decided to train to teach this as we were inspired by all the health benefits. Not only does it lift your mood, it strengthens your pelvic floor. Strengthens your bones. Improves lymph drainage. Burns more calories than running. Improves your cardio capacity. And is great fun.

Join us for a class and bounce your way to fitness with this exhilarating, mood-boosting workout. We feel like we are having a party every time we bounce to uplifting music. If you don’t like exercise then this is for you.

Out of all the classes we teach, Rebounder is the one that burns the most calories - up to 500 have been recorded and the most steps - 4500. We experienced increased toning in our legs, improved cardio vascular levels and an uplifted mood

The one thing people say when we talk about Bouncing and it’s ‘my pelvic floor won’t take it’.

We are not jumping we are bouncing. Different gravity pull. Rebounding strengthens your pelvic floor.

Clients have been coming for over 15 years to maintain their youth and vitality. It works but you have to keep going to get anywhere.

One of our gang was diagnosed with MS 40 years ago - Pilates has helped her maintain her muscle strength and her sense of wellbeing and self worth.

Another was having trouble doing his building work due to his bad back. But his regular once a week Pilates class has kept it under control, reducing the number of flare ups.
